If you go, make sure to get the Texas eggs Benedict! A lot of stuff is incredible here, I'm not a super big fan of their coffee because they do not serve fresh cream, but most other aspects are great!
Burleson Brunch House has reliably good food and service. The weekends can be busy during standard brunch hours but even when we have had to wait to be seated it has not been a long wait. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable with plenty of menu items to satisfy the entire family's brunch preferences from sweet to savory. My favorite go to orders are the Migas and the Strawberry Crepes with Cream Cheese filling. The migas are not over seasoned like some places and I love the crunchy tortilla chips that come with. The crepes are not too sweet and I love the fresh berries. I typically can only eat 2 of the 3 crepes and end up taking one home for later. Not a fan of their grits...not salted and mushy. The skillets are generous portions for those with a hearty appetite. Breakfast Tacos will fill you up nicely. Definitely a favorite brunch place for our family.
I had been wanting to try this place for awhile. We finally made it on a Saturday morning. Although it was crowded we had a very short wait because the restaurant has a good amount of seating. Once we were seated our waitress came over. We ordered our drinks and the waitress gave us recommendations on the menu since it was our first time. I got the Summer skillet and a pancake. Overall the skillet was good, the ingredients were fresh and it was a nice sized portion. But it was missing something, it needed more cheese or a sauce or something. The pancake was perfect though. I'm glad I finally made it here and I will definitely go back. The prices are pretty reasonable too.
Woke up this morning to a power outage so my parents and I decided to venture out to find breakfast (and stay warm). I'm recovering from back surgery so we wanted cute, fast, tasty, and close. They told me about the Burleson Brunch House and wanted me to check it out. Upon walking in the staff is very courteous and friendly. They immediately asked us to pick a comfortable spot seeing me struggle walking, which I greatly appreciated. The server was very friendly and attentive and at the perfect scale where you have what you need, when you need it and not in a hovering type of way. We immediately received our drinks and our order was taken. Dad ordered migas with a side of hash browns and an extra over easy egg. I ordered the strawberry French toast without the powder sugar and a side of sunny side up eggs and hash browns, mom ordered a veggie French rolled omelette without the cheese and a side of toast and potatoes. The food came out at a very reasonable amount of time. The presentation was beautiful and the taste was DELICIOUS! (Note I like to order things without the extra sugar sometimes to get the full taste of the seasonings and the French toast was perfection!). Everything was hot and tasty and the food all tasted super fresh and just made. The flavors were just right with not too much sweetness or saltines and overall the food was just extremely enjoyable and filling. The place is a good spot to invite friends for a nice relaxing breakfast, brunch, or lunch and the music was just the right level to where you could listen and the music and still have a good conversation with your company. The ambiance was comfortable and I will definitely be adding this to my places to bring friends and family that comes into town and when I want to just grab a delicious bite without having to cook myself. I recommend you please check them out and let me know your experience. I don't think you'll be disappointed at all!
